Incremental Development Model
The model of the development life cycle in which the project is divided into a series of increments, each of which adds part of the functionality in the general requirements of the project. Requirements are prioritized and implemented in order of priorities. In some (but not in all) versions of this model of life cycle, each subproject follows a "mini V-model" with its own phases of design, encoding and testing.
